iVox Solutions, LLC began in 2003 as Old Cell Phone Corporation. The organization’s founder, Rob Newton engaged his drive to succeed, coupled with strong business acumens to solve a broad market problem with what to do with old cell phones. The organization focused on refurbishing cell phones and redistributing them. Since the organization’s inception, the company has broadened its scope to include call center functionalities, order fulfillment, and overall logistics solutions by listening to and understanding our client’s voice. When OCPC began, it had six employees, to date iVox has over 500 employees. Given iVox Solutions strives to put our clients first we have maintained the status of being privately owned. Our stakeholders are our clients and exceeding their own objectives is our goal.

Due to market changes and adaptability to adhere to those changes, iVox Solutions, LLC. was formed in 2011. The leadership team has over 100 years of industry experience which brings forth a unique understanding of our clients’ and an ability to develop mutual partnerships required to maximize returns on investment. This ability, coupled with enormous flexibilities allow the organization to pioneer the next generation of services throughout various market and industry segments.

The organization is aggressively broadening its scope by forming alliances with our customers here and abroad. iVox Solutions, LLC has expanded its market share within the United States in addition to foreign countries.
